By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any product sold by Forged Man ("we," "us," "our") at forgedman.com or through any affiliated platform including Gumroad, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access our products.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the buyer," "the customer," "you") and Forged Man.
All content contained within The Character Stack and any other Forged Man product — including but not limited to written content, frameworks, exercises, module structures, design elements, and formatting — is the exclusive intellectual property of Forged Man.
Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive personal licence to access and use the content for your own personal development. Nothing in this purchase transfers ownership or any intellectual property rights to you.
You may not, under any circumstances:
Forged Man takes intellectual property infringement seriously and actively monitors for unauthorised distribution of its content.
Important Notice
Any individual found to be redistributing, leaking, reselling, or otherwise sharing Forged Man content without authorisation will be subject to immediate legal action. This includes but is not limited to claims under applicable copyright law, pursuit of damages including lost revenue, legal costs, and statutory penalties, and reporting to relevant platforms and authorities.
Each purchase is digitally tracked and linked to the buyer's account and email address. Unauthorised copies can be traced to their origin. Distributing this content is not worth the legal and financial consequences.
The Character Stack is licensed for your personal, individual use only. You may access the content on your own devices for your own self-development. Any commercial use, group use, or institutional use requires a separate written licence from Forged Man.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
Forged Man reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this document when changes are made.

We stand behind The Character Stack completely. If you genuinely do the work — read every module and complete the stack exercises — and feel you gained nothing of value, we will refund you in full.
This is a performance-based guarantee. It exists for men who put in real effort and still feel the product didn't deliver. It is not a no-questions-asked return window. The work must be done.
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met without exception:
Follow these steps exactly. Requests that do not follow this process will not be processed.
Your purchase date is confirmed in your Gumroad receipt email. Requests submitted before 30 days have elapsed will be automatically declined.
Work through the entire guide as intended. Complete every stack exercise in writing — journal entries, typed documents, or handwritten notes all qualify as long as responses are substantive and align with the exercise prompts in the PDF.
Take clear, readable photos of all 10 completed stack exercises. Each photo must show the exercise prompt and your written response. Blurry, illegible, or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
Send an email to forgedman@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Full Name]". Include your Gumroad order number, your purchase date, a brief explanation of why you feel the product did not deliver value, and all photos of your completed stack exercises attached to the email.
We will review your submission and respond within 5 business days. If your request meets all eligibility requirements, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.
The following situations are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:
The Character Stack is a digital product delivered as an instant PDF download. Because the product is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, standard consumer return rights for physical goods do not apply. Our refund policy above represents our voluntary guarantee and supersedes any claim to an automatic return right for digital downloads.
Please note
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first following the refund process above constitutes a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts and to report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities and payment processors.
